You will be able to view your statements online by the next business day after you enroll for eStatements. If you enroll for eStatements on the last business day of a month, you can expect to receive a paper statement for that month.

Who is Eligible for eStatements?
All personal and business accounts are eligible for eStatement Service.
 
How to Access eStatements
At the beginning of the month, you will receive an e-mail to let you know that your eStatement is available. You may access your eStatements either by clicking on the link provided in the email or by logging in to online banking.
eStatements are generally available within 48 hours of the first day of the month. Using eStatements allows you to view your statement earlier than if you received a paper statement.

eStatement Archiving
As your statement archive builds, you will be able to access statements up to 12 months. You can always contact the credit union to order a copy of a statement that is not available as an eStatement (fees may apply).

Saving and Printing eStatements
Your eStatement is presented in the Adobe Acrobat format. You have the opportunity to view, zoom in, zoom out, search, save or print any your eStatements.
