Woodlands Credit Union offers both Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) and closed-end Home Equity Loans. Your primary residence must be used to secure either loan. Both loan programs allow borrowing amounts from $10,000 to $100,000 for qualified members.

A HELOC allows flexibility with borrowing against your home when you need it. Simply write a check to access your equity line of credit.
